Chief Managers (Scale IV)

Qualification : Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB who are willing to manage field operations as well as branches. Having minimum 3 years of banking experience in Scale 2/Scale 3 Cadre in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking experience as Senior Manager in New Generation Bank with expertise in General Banking / Credit / Treasury / Technology / Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/ NRI Marketing/ Sales Management. Willing to work at any place in India

Age : Min – 35 years & Max - 50 years

Salary : The salary will be based on the industry standards.

Branch Managers (Scale I, II and III)

Qualification : Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB. Having minimum 3 years of banking experience as an Officer / Manager in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking experience as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in New Generation Bank with adequate knowledge in General Banking/Credit/Technology/CASA/Sales Management. Willing to work at any place in India

Age : Min – 25 years & Max - 40 years

Salary : The salary and designation will be based on the track record of the applicants/industry standards.
